Home is in the heart of Marco island, the property was even better than we expected to be for our family on spring break. Everything that you might need is within 5 min drive during your stay. Fantastic NEW Marco Property

This home is perfect for a large group! We had 6 kids 12 and under and 4 parents. There’s even enough rooms to bring along a sitter if you need a break from the kiddos. The pool was fantastic, owners were super attentive, the home is located very closely to anywhere you would want to be. It even came with a 6 seat golf cart for buzzing around the island! We would defiantly recommend this property, and would definitely book again!

I didn't want to leave!

Invited my mom and two best friends to Marco for some shelling. We are all over 50. Patrick's property is new, spotless, and well appointed. The decor is tasteful, without a plethora of clutter and personal items like other places I've been. Patrick was attentive, trustworthy, and easy to contact by text. Didn't matter, as this property is just right as is.

Beautiful home on beautiful Marco Island

This is a very beautiful and comfy home on beautiful Marco Island. The master bedroom bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. We were disappointed to learn that the washing machine was not functioning 100% but we do understand that nowadays it is hard to find a good technician to provide repair service. Even though the hot tub was not as warm as we are accustomed to the grandkids enjoyed the pool a lot and the lanai/patio area is very relaxing. Marco Island is amazing and this home is amazing as well.

Marco Island Home

This property is just over 1 year old, very well appointed and in a central location on the island. When selecting this property it mapped out as being Tahiti Drive, it’s actually on San Marco Drive, a major cross street on the island and the U drive is a plus.We did experience some check in challenges with the VRBO messaging system with the host, VRBO assistance did help connect us for checkin. A few challenges and disappointments did unfortunately occur as the garage pad and internal door opener were not working, however once we did access the home, the car garage openers were there and working great!Sad to share all the all rattan chaise loungers were badly damaged and we could not comfortably use any of the 4 and we advised the host. New chairs ( still boxed) arrived as we were checking out. The backyard is a northern exposed pool/spa area with no sun (seasonal exposure) and the heat on the pool/spa had not been increased for our arrival. The host texted he turned heat up to approx. 89 yet the pool guy added quite a bit of hose water (cold) so it never warmed up. Use of the spa jets was challenging as the host asked us to contact him everytime we wanted to use the spa (generous offer) yet this is not convenient to the guests using this high end home. We texted a few times, yet it was not efficient to call everytime and became frustrating for us. We did pay additional for the use of the golf cart and that was a nice .
