This Marco Island condo boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and hair dryer one has a bath tub too, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers additional space with a cozy sofa bed for relaxation. Our fabulous property will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Marco Island and watching the scenery of the ocean waves and boats passing by. Please set the AC to 75 Degrees Fahrenheit when leaving unit. Close all blinds.

Make sure there is only 1 used towel per guest dirty as well as bed sheets and blanket.

Two sets of keys should be left hanged on the entry door and one guest parking pass

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful month long stay at this property. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. We especially enjoyed the water views from the large balcony and sitting on the dock watching the dolphins. The owners were very nice and helpful. We highly recommend it!
