Linen: Bed and bath linen is not included but can be rented upon request at a cost of 40 euros for the double bed and 20 euros for the single bed, to be arranged 7 days prior to arrival. Linen pickup is available only at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
