INDEPENDENT TERRACED HOUSE IN AN ANCIENT FARMHOUSE – You are located in a central position on the island of Elba, in the Gulf of Procchio (north coast), about 1 km from the sea and 3 km from Marina di Campo (south coast). The property is set in a private and pleasant environment, surrounded by greenery, and consists of a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and a terrace with an awning on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom with a terrace. A parking space is available. From the hallway, you can access the upstairs bedroom via an internal staircase, but the same room is also accessible from an external door. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom. The washing machine is located in an outdoor area.
