Einfaches, liebloses Haus mit Basisausstattung

Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art. Das Brauchwasser ist sehr eisenhaltig und riecht sehr stark schwefelhaltig - daher nicht genießbar. Zum Kochen und Abwaschen von Obst, Gemüse etc. haben wir stilles Wasser gekauft und genutzt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch und tw. reparaturbedürftig (fehlende Sockelblenden in der Kücke, lose Umleimer an den Schranktüren, unverputzte größere Löcher an den Wänden ...). Die Aussenterrasse ist passabel, die gemauerte Aussenküche ist ungepflegt. Der Grill war nicht gesäubert und Grillbesteck nicht vorhanden. Terrassenstühle und Tisch sind aus einfachem Kunststoff, tw. bereits defekt (Lehne gebrochen), Der Trockenständer weist zahlreiche Roststellen auf. Der hintere Teil des Grundstücks ist sehr ungepflegt, keine Bepflanzung, steiniger, trockener Boden). Die Sonnenuntergänge konnte man hingegen von der Terrasse aus sehr gut beobachten. Wir waren froh, dass wir Ende Mai 2022 gutes Wetter hatten und tagsüber verschiedene kleine Badebuchten aufsuchen konnten. Bei schlechtem Wetter wäre die Unterkunft ein Graus gewesen...

Toll Felge es Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Haus in toller Lage. Traumhafte Aussicht und ein schöner Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern oder zum Strand. Wir waren im Herbst zu fünft dort und haben die Ruhe, die schönen Sonnenuntergänge und die tolle Natur in der Umgebung sehr genossen. Abends wird es dann in dem Haus etwas kühl, da es keine Heizung gibt. Die Ausstattung ist etwas knapp aber für uns war es noch ok. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Locatie met mooi uitzicht vanaf groot privé terras.

Prima appartement met fijn terras. Functionele inrichting en 3 slaapkamers gaf ruime privacy voor 5 personen. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. En ook vriendelijke buurman van naast gelegen appartementen. We hebben een fijne week gehad.

Tutto molto piacevole

La casa davvero bella e completa di tutto. Bellissimo panorama. Market 2 minuti a piedi come pure il servizio navetta per la spiaggia. Se si vuole andare al mare senza mezzi ci vogliono circa 20 minuti. I proprietari sempre gentili e disponibili. Siamo stati autorizzati a mangiare i frutti degli alberi della proprietà.

Wunderschöne Lage auf Elba

Sehr schöne Lage. Wir hatten ein bisschen Schwierigkeiten das richtige Haus zu finden, aber dann hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Super Terrasse mit Aussendusche. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt.

Maison pas entretenu...

Toilettes noires de calcaire. Mauvaise étanchéité des fenêtres du bas Infiltration d eau lors de pluie. Les quatre portes du barbecue en mauvais état et ne fermant pas. Deux seuls transats pour sept personnes (dont un cassé) Pas un seul prospectus sur l Ile d Elbe... Par contre belle situation de la maison avec une magnifique vue.

alles perfekt und unkompliziert!

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen und einem Kind hier. Haus und Lage wunderbar. Aussicht von Terasse und Balkon ein Traum. Verwalterin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bar mit Terasse direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand ist man zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten unterwegs, zurück etwas länger ;-) Der Mare-Bus hält fast direkt vor der Haustür und fährt jede Stunde. Wirklich gute Restaurants alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!!! Grazie Stefania e saluti da noi tutti :-)

very nice location for our summer holiday with the whole family!

We spent a great time in Zanca. We were very well welcome by Stephania. The house is very nice, we spent a very good time on the big terrasse. We liked very much the barbecue and the shower outside (it was quite hot :-)). There were a lot of activities around, beach, hiking, boat, diving, snarkling. Our preferred beach was in Chiesi. The village is really nice too. Very nice place to stay and to recommend.

très bien situer sur l’île d’Elbe ou il y a les plus belles plages Stephania tres disponible et d'une très grande gentillesse nous avons passer un super sejour une petite parenthèse pour Abritel qui n'a pas bien traduit l'annonce de Stephania car il n'y a pas d’accès a la piscine
