In the small holiday resort Patresi, on the west coast of Elba, the apartment Il Mirto is situated in a quiet, hilly environment on the ground floor of a holiday home. Consisting of a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, the child-friendly apartment offers space for 5 people. Further equipment includes WLAN and satellite TV. The absolute highlight is the outdoor area, which is the perfect place to relax under the Mediterranean sun with its lovingly laid out, well-kept garden with Mediterranean vegetation as well as a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk (or 3 minutes by car), shopping, restaurants and bars can be found in the surrounding villages - about 10 minutes by car.

Erholsam und super Wetter. Wir konnten sogar in der letzten Oktoberwoche noch im Meer baden

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wirklich recht in den Bergen. Cons: Wer Probleme mit Höhenangst hat, wird schon bei der Anfahrt extrem gefordert. Die Strassen sind recht eng und der Abhang angsteinflössend. Nichts für schwache Nerven! Meine Tochter war extrem angespannt während der Fahrt. Wenn man mal dort ist, ist es wunderschön. Wenn man die Insel erkunden will, muss man jedes Mal eine halbe Stunde die kurvige Bergstrasse fahren.

Ein gepflegter Garten inklusive Gartendusche, zwei Gartenliege, zwei Tische mit Stühlen und von da d

Pros: Der gepflegte Garten mit dem überdachten Holztisch mit 4 Holzstühlen und die schöne Fernsicht von dort auf das Meer waren unser Highlight der Ferienwohnung. Auch eine Gartendusche ist vorhanden. Der Parkplatz für diese Wohnung ist direkt ebenerdig vor dem Gartentor. Der Vermieter Sebastiano ist per WhatsApp immer schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Tagsüber war er auch öfters vor Ort und seine schnelle Hilfsbereitschaft war spitze. Wir hatten E-Bikes dabei und Sebastiano meinte zum Beispiel, dass wir sie doch in die Wohnung stellen könnten. Cons: Bei Regenwetter oder starkem Wind konnten wir draußen nicht geschützt frühstücken und in der Wohnung ist es weniger gemütlich. Das Doppelbett hat eine große Matratze bei der jede Bewegung des Partners sich anfühlt, als hätte das Bett Seegang.
