Villa Agatha, holiday home for up to 6 people, 120 m² on 2 floors with a large private pool 8 x 4 m and a completely fenced-in property, outdoor shower, large covered terrace with garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers, barbecue, WiFi internet access, washing machine,dishwasher, air conditioning and private parking ( for 2 cars) on the property.

The house is in a peaceful village, near a coast, with a view of the sea.The nearest beach and sea are just about 3km (other beaches and small bays can be reached within 10km) Krnica is located about 20 km from Pula and the airport and offers 1 grocery shop, 1 small bakery, 3 restaurants, a post and a tourist office. . A playground is 100 m away, so if you like to play sports, you can play various sports like basketball, football, volleyball, and has a small playground for kids.

Wel een auto nodig maar voor ons perfect

Lekker simpel huis maar alles wat je nodig hebt .met een perfecte veranda om s,morgens te ontbijten om te zwemmen en van de zee te genieten kan je beter 1 dorpje verder gaan daar zijn perfecte baaitjes en net wat mooier dan de havenbaai die op 2.5 km van het huisje ligt

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit

Das große Ferienhaus hält mit drei Zimmern und zwei Bädern absolut was es verspricht. Wir waren mit unserer ganzen Familie hier, und hatten 14 Tage Spaß in dem sehr gut gepflegten Häuschen. Die Küche ist nicht sehr groß, ein Backofen und eine Kaffeemaschine sind nicht vorhanden, sonst aber top ausgestattet. Mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Smart TV, WLAN und Meerblick blieben keine Wünsche offen. Durch die Klimaanlage konnte man die untere Etage auch bei Temperaturen über 35°C schnell abkühlen. Über kleine Mängel (wie zum Beispiel, dass die Terassentür auf der Außenseite keine Griff hat) konnte man bei dem gut gelegenen Haus leicht hinweg sehen. In nur fünf Minuten erreichte man zu Fuß einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Post und zwei kleine Restaurants in der Dorfmitte. Der Strand ist etwas abgelegen hinter dem Hafen und dadurch nicht so überlaufen, was uns sehr angenehm war. Besonders möchte ich an dieser Stelle den freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter erwähnen. Er war jederzeit zu erreichen und informierte und sogar über ein kleines Hafenfest, dass wir daraufhin besuchten. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Krnica

Lingerie, produits ménagers et condiments déjà sur place. On recommande ! We are a group of 6 students, we had a very nice stay at this perfect villa. Corresponds to the description The owner, Miran, is welcoming and he told us what to see to discover the surroundings. Laundry, household products and condiments are already onsite. We recommend this house !
