Elegant Holiday House in Village Kavran

  • Self standing stone house in Istrian village Kavran with tastefully decorated interior, convenient for family with 2-3 children. Comfortable living room with open kitchen, interior stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms. House is only 3 km away from the coast with its fantastic beaches and secluded bays.

    House for 4-6 persons, 100m2 + 50m fenced garden.
    Ground floor: kitchen with dinning table and living area with fireplace (couch, possible as sleeping couch).
    Kitchen : stove (4 gas rings) , refrigerator with freezing compartment, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, air extractor above the cooking rings, toaster, oven.
    Bathroom: shower, WC, sink .
    There are wooden stairs leading to the first floor .
    First floor: 2 x double bedrooms with double beds.
    Bathroom; shower, WC, sink, hairdryer, washing machine.

    Front fenced yard, cca 50 m2 with barbecue (gas), garden furniture, sun beds and umbrella, jacuzzi.
