100 000 sqm of completely private property - pool, garden, playground, meadows and woods. This 8 bedroom Villa is an absolute gem when it comes to privacy. The private surroundings, exclusively four your use, are wonderful.
Around the pool are sunbeds and sunscreens. Just a few steps above the pool, there is a large charcoal grill bulit from stone along with
a large table. The huge open space is completely fenced, quiet and serene. It is possible to pick fresh eggs, ride on a small donkey and feed domestic animals.

The Villa is perfect for families with children, the garden is safe for pets, and there is plenty of space for parking.
The nearest beach is 15 minutes from the house and the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes drive away.

Pure Erholung in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Haus mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde von den Kindern stundenlang genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie zu Hause(ca. 6-12 Km entfernt)

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren mit Freunden fÃŒr eine Woche in Istrien und die Unterkunft war super, Pool war sauber und jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Ausstattung war sehr gut, man kann ÃŒberdacht draußen sitzen und grillen. Zum nÀchsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 9km und Tanja unsere Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat sich gekÃŒmmert wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Die Gegend ist schön und es gibt viel Natur zu erleben, man kann herrlich wandern. Uns hat es super gefallen 👍

Es war alles bestens: Sauberes, gerÀumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus in abgelegener Lage. Das einzige, das vielleicht erwÀhnenswert ist, ist, dass die VerfÌgbarkeit von Mobilfunk und WLAN eingeschrÀnkt ist.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in den Haus verbracht. Tanja ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war fÃŒr uns immer erreichbar. Ein technisches Problem am Pool wurde in Rekordzeit gelöst. Das Haus hat einen großen eingezÀunten Garten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Bei den HÃŒhnern im Garten könnten wir jeden Tag frische Eier holen. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen. Man kann hier einen wunderschönen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen.

Sehr schöne Anlage, mit vielen Extras

Das Objekt ist wirklich sehr schön und ordentlich. Alle Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/WC und fast Ìberall Klimaanlagen. Auch die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin war sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wÌrden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus buchen!!!

Tolles Haus fÃŒr große Gruppen

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Tanja‘s Haus verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles fÃŒr eine große Gruppe (mit Kindern) vorhanden. Schöne Zimmer mit ausreichend vielen BÀdern, Klimaanlage (nur im Àlteren Hausteil gibt es in einem EG Zimmer keine und die oberen drei Zimmer teilen sich eine Klima), Babybetten, HochstÃŒhlen, Tischtennisplatte, Billardtisch, Darts, Tischkicker, einem großen, kÃŒhlen Wohnbereich im EG und einem Poolhaus mit großem Tisch, Grill, Plancha-Platte, SpÃŒle und WC direkt am Pool. Die KÃŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei den HÃŒhnern kann man jeden Tag ein paar frische Eier holen und gleichzeitig seine Bio-AbfÀlle verfÃŒttern. Ein Spaß fÃŒr die Kinder. Auf dem Bauernhof nebenan gibt es zwei große Hunde, die auch mal in der Nacht bellen. Die HÀhne werden bei Tagesanbruch ebenfalls aktiv. Das Haus liegt weit abgeschieden, man kann so laut sein wie man möchte, keiner stört sich an spielenden Kindern oder Musik. Lediglich die Anreise per Navi war zuerst eine Herausforderung, da die Wege nicht alle bekannt sind. Im nÀchstgelegenen Ort gibt es eine BÀckerei und zwei SupermÀrkte. Wer mehr Auswahl beim (Groß)Einkauf braucht, sollte ins Kaufland in Pula fahren (ca. 25min entfernt). Tanja war immer sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. FÃŒr unser Geburtstagskind gab es sogar eine selbstgemachte Torte von der Vermieterin. Auch Olivenöl konnten wir direkt von Tanja beziehen, toller Service. Insgesamt ein Daumen hoch fÃŒr dieses Haus und die Besitzer, wir wÃŒrden wiederkommen.

Klasse Haus fÃŒr große Gruppen

Wir waren als Gruppe von 11 Freunden dort. Unsere laute Musik hat durch die Abgeschiedenheit niemanden gestört. Tanja war sehr nett und hat sich um alle unserer Anliegen gekÌmmert und unser Geburtstagskind hat einen leckeren Kuchen von ihr bekommen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden

tolles Haus mit wunderschönem GrundstÌck

Wir waren 7 Erwachsene + 8 Kinder und 1 Hund in dieser Villa. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, der Pool ist schön groß. Wir haben das riesige GrundstÃŒck sehr genossen. Das GrundstÃŒck ist komplett eingezÀunt, daher war es mit einem Hund perfekt. Wir können es allen weiterempfehlen die Ruhe suchen und Platz brauchen. Vielen lieben Dank Tanja fÃŒr die schöne Zeit.

Abgelegene Lage, schöne Anlage, viel Platz

Das Haus war ordentlich und sauber. Auch die SanitÀranlagen waren gut. Lediglich die Klimaanlagen haben großteils nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes und frohes Haus ohne Nachbarn, mit viel Garten und Spielplatz. Neben dem Haus befindet sich eine landwirtschaftliche Halle. Dort sind auch Hunde und Katzen. Die Hunde hört man öfters Bellen und die Katzen kommen auch mal aufs GrundstÃŒck und gehen gerne ins Haus, hier muss man ein wenig aufpassen.

Schönes Anwesen fÌr einen ungestörten entspannten Urlaub

Alles was das Herz begehrt haben wir in diesem tollen Haus vorgefunden. Das Haus ist groß, das komplett eingezÀunte GelÀnde riesig. Unsere Hunde konnten sich wirklich austoben. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Unsere nette Gastgeberin Tanja hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefÃŒhlt und können es wirklich gerne weiterempfehlen.

Entspannung in einem tollen Ferienhaus, in dem es an nix fehlt

ZunÀchst einmal einen riesen großen Dank an Tanja, die Vermieterin. Du standest uns jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Ferienhaus ist super fÃŒr eine größere Gruppe geeignet. Der offene Wohn-Essbereich im Erdgeschoß ist mehr als gerÀumig und bietet Platz fÃŒr einen gemeinsamen Start in den Tag. Die Zimmer befinden sich alle im Obergeschoss bzw. im Altbau(separater Eingang). Hier kommen wir auch zum eigentlichen einzigen kleinen Minuspunkt. Der Zugang zu den 5 Betten im Obergeschoss des Altbaus ist nur ÃŒber eine enge Wendeltreppe möglich. Zudem sind ein Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer nur durch das andere Zimmer hindurch zu erreichen. Die Zimmerbelegung sollte also möglichst schon im voraus durchdacht werden. Im Außenbereich gibt es absolut nix zu meckern. Der Pool ist herrlich und wird auch wÀhrend des Aufenthaltes regelmÀßig gereinigt. Der ÃŒberdachte Sitzbereich ist ebenfalls groß genug fÃŒr einen gemÃŒtlichen Grillabend mit der gesamten Truppe. FÃŒr die Unterhaltung ist ebenfalls ausreichend gesorgt mit Poolvolleyball, Tischtennis, Billard, Tischkicker, Dart, Trampolin, Musikanlage, ... sogar FahrrÀder fÃŒr die Erkundung der Gegend stehen zur VerfÃŒgung. Weiterhin gibt es HÃŒhner, die uns tÀglich mit frischen Eiern versorgt haben, Esel zum streicheln, und 2 sehr zahme Katzen. Gelegen ist das Anwesen irgendwo im Nirgendwo. Man ist komplett fÃŒr sich und muss auf keinen Nachbarn RÃŒcksicht nehmen. Das bedeutet allerdings auch, dass man mindestens das Rad benötigt fÃŒr kleinere Besorgungen im 3,3 km entfernten Dorfladen. Die nÀchsten SupermÀrkte befinden sich im 8 km entfernten Vodnjan. Zum Meer, sowie nach Pula, sind es 15 km. Alles in Allem kommen wir gerne wieder.

Marcana

Boligen ligger på landet uden naboer og andre turister. Flot hus med alle bekvemmeligheder, og plads til to familier i to huse. Flot poolområde og overdÊkket grillanneks med vaskerum og toilet. Dejlige og servicemindede vÊrtsfolk. Man skal kunne acceptere at der er mange fluer på grund af heste og Êsler går i nÊrheden. Alt i alt en super feriebolig med billardbord, bordtennis og bordfodbold. Kort afstand til Pula og flere strande. Gode cykelruter.

Absolutely loved this place

We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for what we needed! The house was exactly as the pictures indicated. Rooms were nice and big. All had air conditioning which was really nice on the hot days. Pool was very nice, and they had plenty of things to keep the students entertained...pool, foosball, ping pong, and darts. Tanja was so sweet and continually checked in with us to make sure we were ok. She even brought us chicken when we were unable to find any in the local store. It was also nice being able to get the fresh eggs from the chicken coop every morning. And let me warn you, you will fall in love with the cats, especially Casper! We will definitely come back!
