The spacious first floor with kitchen, toilet and living room is an ideal place to plan day trips and spend time together. On the second floor there are comfortable bedrooms.



    Outside you will find a beautiful pool with sundeck, which will offer you real refreshment on the warm summer days. Spend pleasant and balmy summer evenings on the terrace with a glass of good Istrian wine.

Schöner Urlaub, ruhige Gegend

Das Haus ist sauber, geräumig, insgesamt auch gepflegt, auch die Aussenanlage. Es ist an alles gedacht worden, sogar ein Airfryer war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem, die Bäder ausreichen. Es gibt eine Bäckerei paar Schritte entfernt und einen Supermarkt ca 1km entfernt. Fie Besitzer sind sehr freundlich immer erreichbar und unkompliziert. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten sogar was vergessen bei der Bareise, auch da super unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Nur zu empfehlen. Für a

Eigentümer sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und unkompliziert. Bäckerei paar Schritte entfernt, Supermarkt ca 1km entfernt. Pula, Vodnjan auch relativ schnell erreichbar. DIe Gegend ist ruhig und schön. Ein toller Urlaubbum sich auszuruhen und aufzutanken. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und konnten erholt abreisen. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man für den Urlaub unbedingt benötigt!Schöner Pool.Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung können schnell mit dem Auto erreicht werden, ebenso die Supermärkte und Gaststätten in Pula und Umgebung.Kfz ist allerdings zwingend erforderlich!Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Nach anfänglichen Problemen, die allerdings nicht durch den Vermieter verursacht waren, war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Bei Fragen stand der Vermieter jederzeit telefonisch oder per Whatsapp zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, verfügt über Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen. Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas abseits vom Urlaubsgetümmel, was wir aber sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank
