  • ABOUT THIS SPACE
    Lake Side Retreat with 1630 sq. ft. at Horseshoe Bay features breathtaking views of Lake LBJ and the Hill Country. Two upstairs and one downstairs patio with dining table for 6 with views on the internal park, near the pool. Watch the deer on either side. Variety of shops, restaurants and marina nearby.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
    Two bedrooms, both with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. Extra sofa beds in one of the bedrooms and on the ground level. Fold-out couch with Queen bed. Additional half bath downstairs.

    KITCHEN & DINING
    Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with modern appliances. 5 seat dining table and 4 seat countertop bar. Charcoal grill & grilling utensil set.

    MAIN LIVING ROOM
    Ample and super comfortable seating. Three flat screen TV’s in living room and in two upstairs bedrooms. Fast internet with Roku for streaming and conference calls. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

    SPORTS AREA
    Consisting of pool, 2 tennis and pickleball courts, basketball hoop and gated Exercise and Recreation area where dogs can roam unleashed. Open year-round.

Lovely Spot for a Weekend Away

The property was very clean, comfortable and perfect for a weekend away with my mom. The deck has great views of the lake and the property is close to a lot of restaurants. we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time here. Pool is a short walk from the back door. Location is perfect in Marble Falls, close to restaurants and Lakeside. View is beautiful from the upstairs deck, would definitely stay again!

Great location and property. We will definitely stay again. Beds a little on the hard side but the property makes up for that in location and Sue was so nice! Left us a bottle of wine.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house, pool, proximity to the HSB Resort! Beds were wonderful, the place stayed nice and cool during the hot temperatures !! The host has a few spices, and creamer for the coffee that was also provided. We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back!!

Quiet getaway!

We loved our stay! Everything was as listed and met all of our expectations. Quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the lake from our upstairs deck. House had literally everything we needed! Very clean and comfortable. Deer were all around the property and it was great for early morning walks with our dog. It was super hot while here but the house stayed very comfortable throughout the 109 avg temps! Highly recommend this place. Close to everything we needed. Owner was fantastic and left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us! This was well appreciated after our 4hr drive in! Went to Bluebonnet Cafe, of course, also tried Bear King Brewery which was awesome! I recommend the Texas Poutine! Also enjoyed Kynda Coffee, right up the street. Had a great time and will return.

Great weekend w/ friends

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet. The property owner, Sue, was great to work with. Property is exactly as the pictures stated. My one suggestion would be to bring a chair for the pool if you plan on swimming. Due to Covid there are no chairs out there. Pool was clean and the water refreshing.

Horseshoe Bay

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home overlooking Lake LBJ. One upstairs bedroom had a large deck and seating area. Deer were all around. It was convenient to downtown Marble Falls. But it also had the feel of being remote. The home was well appointed. Clearly the owner took a lot of time and effort decorating.
