The house was built nine years ago and is in excellent, like-new condition. High-quality materials, warm hardwood floors in all bedrooms, and high ceilings in the living area create a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The very large living room features high ceilings, a fireplace, a large couch, and an armchair—perfect for relaxing. There is also a dining table with five chairs. From the living room, you have a direct view of the pool, so parents can keep an eye on their children while they swim or play at any time.

From the terrace as well, the patio dining table, and the patio seating area, you have a good view of the pool area.
