Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a selection of local produce which we enjoyed. The only thing that could be improved was the lack of any chairs on the balcony, probably due to its size, however, this was resolved by speaking to reception staff and there were two chairs on the balcony the following evening. Grass area with sun loungers was relaxing and well maintained, as was the pool. Shops and restaurants nearby and approximately half hour walk to Marbella Old Town and 5 minutes to the beach.

Comfortable stay, clean room, good service. We stayed here as a base of visit around Costa del Sol. Its on a quiet residential road. Parking is onsite but one can just as well park on the road outside since its free. The check-in was easy.

Great Location, Hotel needs updating

We have stayed at the NH Marbella many times over the years, its a great location if you want both Old Town and Puerto Banus, only a 10 minute walk to the beach. However, the hotel is now quite run down and does not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel. I think i will wait for refurbishment before returning.

Nh Marbella the best experience ever

Excellent service the staff were very nice and attentive, specially Angela in the front desk she was very professional and helpful. People complain about the AC but is a matter of knowing how operated. Room service was extremely excellent and the food was great.
