Bright and fresh townhouse (150m2) with sunny terraces, lovely patio and BBQ located in beautiful well-known urbanization Los Naranjos de Marbella, only 20 minute walk to Puerto Banus, sandy beaches, shops and nightlife. Just across the corner you have supermarket Mercadona, healthy cafe, lovely restaurant, Yoga Center, and a bus stop. The house benefits from peaceful atmosphere and plenty of sunshine all day long. Communal outdoor pool just opposite of the house. Great AC central system, fast Wi-fi and private parking.

Beautiful townhouse for comfortable and peaceful stay with the family and friends. Spacious living room with large sofa, TV and dinning area has access to the sunny patio for al fresco dining and sunbathing. Fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet completes the ground floor. On the 1st floor you have three cozy and spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and two complete bathrooms. Main and adjacent bedrooms have access to sunny terrace with garden view. You also have soliarium at the top 3rd floor with beautiful views over the urbanization and La Concha mountain. The communal pool just opposite the house is open all year around and never crowded.
