Casa La Concha is a beautifully presented three-storey townhouse located in the exclusive beachfront community of Marbellamar, just steps from Marbella’s most sought-after beach, Casablanca. Set in the heart of the world-renowned Golden Mile, this elegant property offers the perfect combination of comfort, sophistication, and an unbeatable location. Surrounded by iconic landmarks and luxury destinations, guests can enjoy the very best of Marbella right on their doorstep.
Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa la Concha is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.
A short walk east along the beachfront promenade leads to the charming Old Town, with its cobbled streets, traditional tapas bars, and boutique shops. To the west lie the legendary Marbella Club and Puente Romano resorts, home to world-class dining, including several Michelin-starred restaurants. A little further on, Puerto Banús awaits with its superyachts, designer boutiques, and vibrant nightlife.
The townhouse is ideally positioned for guests who prefer to explore on foot, with supermarkets, high-end shopping, and excellent restaurants all within easy reach. There is also a nearby bus stop, and taxis are readily available, making it easy to get around without a car. For those seeking a more active holiday, the area offers an impressive range of leisure activities including water sports, parasailing, padel, tennis, horse riding, dolphin safaris, and, of course, golf — with dozens of top-tier courses just a short drive away.
Guests of Casa La Concha also enjoy access to Marbellamar’s private community facilities, which include a large swimming pool (open during the warmer months), as well as padel and tennis courts, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle in the sunshine.
Casa La Concha accommodates up to eight guests and provides stylish, well-appointed interiors throughout. The house features three spacious bedrooms on the first floor, including a master with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe, alongside two elegant double bedrooms. A fourth bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper level, providing additional privacy and flexibility. The upper floor also features a second lounge with a balcony offering sea views, while the lower level opens to a private terrace with formal and informal dining areas and a barbecue — perfect for relaxing and entertaining outdoors.
Guests can enjoy fast, complimentary Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 100 Mb and unlimited downloads. The home is also equipped with a wide selection of international TV channels — over 1,000 in various languages including English, Swedish, French, and Russian — plus BT Sports, Sky Sports, Sky Movies, and an extensive library of films and box sets.
The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.
For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

The unit is perfect for a couple of families, with plenty of room and a nice outside patio. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and close to the midpoint between the historic area and Puerto Banus, ideal to visit all the great locations in Marbella

100% recommend Finest Rentals. Their customer service was excellent, their communications was always swift and we found they had a great rental portfolio to choose from. We rented two villas for a large party and the houses were perfect (better than expected). We plan to work with them again in the future.
