"Staff was friendly & welcoming, property needs improvement. It was slippery when raining due to leaking roof way to the room , Room itself cleaned. Apart from there was a spit on the wall ( phlegm ) No television, there was a plug it was a electrical hazard exposed wire, no toiletries . View from the room lovely see front. Can get a cheap tuktuk to the town. "

The “rooms” where not ready when we arrived- no one was expecting us in fact, I spoke to the lovely lady who owned the place and she explained that her rooms where usually pay by the hour (ugh). We had no choice but to stay here - one of the rooms had no lock and another had no bed! This was soon rectified but not to a satisfaction we would expect.
There where no televisions in the rooms, no fridges (not even a plug socket!) one room didn’t even have bedding!...
"They did not pick us from airport up as arranged. When we arrived by taxi at 11pm the place was closed up. They did not answer phone. I was travelling with children and we were left with nowhere to sleep. In a sleazy alley. Nice welcome to Sri Lanka. This place is a scam."

Trots det var det ingen som mötte upp oss och väl på hotellet visade det sig att det inte fanns något rum till oss. Ägaren fixade ett rum på ett snarlikt hotell 200 m bort. "A great small boutique hotel. All staff has been attentive and detailed oriented. Like most was their breakfast. Hotel did not offer buffet but the course by course covered a lot of selections. The hotel is not located beach front but it was fine. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. "
