Enjoy your own private fenced yard and heated pool, plus a 24-ft. dock with ocean access via a deep-water canal. Just minutes from Sombrero Beach and close to snorkeling at Sombrero Reef, kayaking, paddleboarding and more. Trade cold-weather days for sunshine, warm waters and laid-back Florida Keys living.



    The Space:

    Perfect for families or groups, the home offers clean and comfortable living spaces: A fully equipped kitchen, dining table that can accommodate 6, bright living room with canal views, washer & dryer, games and TV's in both bedrooms.



    Spacious Bedrooms:

    A master suite with king bed and twin bed with en-suite bathroom

    Guest bedroom: queen bed and a twin bed



    Outdoor Retreat: A 2nd level balcony with beautiful canal views and tropical breezes, a shaded pool-side patio with lounge seating, a barbecue grill, fish cleaning table and bait freezer. Fenced yard and ample parking up front.

Slice of paradise

Property was perfectly located to everything . Neighborhood was quiet. House had pretty much everything we needed. House was clean but could use a deep clean of baseboards etc.Plenty of space for our family 5 without feeling crowded. Would definitely stay again!
