Welcome to Sea Haven, a delightful three bedroom, two bathroom Florida Keys cottage where classic island charm meets the perfect outdoor retreat. Full of character, this quaint and cozy home offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere that captures the laid back spirit of the Keys. Thoughtfully decorated with whimsical coastal touches, Sea Haven feels like a place where you can truly slow down, relax, and make lasting memories.



Nestled in Marathon's sought after Sombrero Beach neighborhood, you're just minutes from the beach in a quiet, walkable area that's perfect for morning strolls, bike rides, and evening sunsets.



Step outside and discover an expansive backyard designed for fun and relaxation. Lounge by the private pool, sway in one of three hammocks, challenge your family to a game of sandy volleyball, or gather around the outdoor dining area for fresh seafood cooked on the grill. The outdoor entertaining space also includes a refrigerator, ice maker, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to share stories, roast marshmallows, and enjoy peaceful Keys evenings under the stars.



Sea Haven offers approximately 35 feet of dockage, along with three kayaks so you can explore the beautiful waters right from the property.



Whether you're spending the day at nearby Sombrero Beach, relaxing by the pool, enjoying a backyard barbecue, or cozying up by the fire pit after a day on the water, Sea Haven is the perfect place to experience the relaxed charm and beauty of the Florida Keys.



From November - April, there is an additional $150 charge/week for pool heat already included in your quoted price. We do recommend heating the pool during this time for optimal comfort and enjoyment.

Booking Policies: Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants. Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.

Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive a check in form. Please complete and it will automatically send back to us.

Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees: – Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit) – American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
