  • Wake up each morning to breathtaking water views at our professionally decorated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in Marathon, FL. This newer unit offers a spacious 1,800 square feet layout, perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms.

    The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a queen pullout couch, all equipped with memory foam mattresses.

    Step outside to your private oasis, complete with a heated pool (during winter) and a tiki-shaded sitting area. Spend your days fishing from the 32' dock or relax while the family swims in the pool. Cook your fresh catch on the BBQ gas grill or dine at nearby restaurants.

    Included with your rental are 2 tandem kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and 4 adult bikes. A quick 5-minute ride will take you to Sombrero Beach via the bike path, where you can enjoy the sand and sun. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler for your convenience. The dock is perfect for fishing, where you can catch Tarpon, Mangrove Snappers, Yellowtail, nurse sharks, and catfish.

    For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior cameras to ensure security.
