    Beautiful family friendly ocean view home centrally located in the heart of Marathon (only 10min from Sombrero Beach) were you’ll be able to do many things like snorkeling, fishing, boating, Scuba, museums, visit the aquarium, and/or the dolphin research center, and even dine on the water with many restaurants selections near by.

    This property does NOT have dock space for a boat or trailer parking.

Vacation saved

We were initially booked at a resort in St. Pete, but the hurricane took the resort out. We tried this place and it was great. The communication was great, location, house, everything worked out and we had an excellent trip.

Fun stay

Very nice property. Nice to have the ocean view, however, you are not able to swim at this property due to the shoreline. House was clean and worked well for our family as we were minutes to a great beach!

Wonderful!!

House was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 8 of us. Beautiful view. Highly recommend. We did get busy and got sidetracked on the trash days (sorry about that) but they do have it listed in a notebook. Thank you for sharing your home. We had a great time!!

We loved our time at Yery’s place. It fit our family of 6, perfectly. The house was very nice, clean and roomy. Yery makes sure you have what you need to make your stay comfortable, home away from home. The sunrises from the decks are beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is on a one way street, and you are close to everything you need or want to do. And Yery’s communication is phenomenal and never takes long to get a response. Check in and check out was so easy, very different from other rentals that give you a mile long list of things to do before you leave, but not at Yery’s place! If we ever come back to the Keys, this will be the 1st place we check for availability. If you are looking at this place for a rental and it is available, don’t hesitate to book it because you will not be disappointed!
