The Space
I wanted to share a quick update regarding the property so you have full transparency ahead of your stay. The seawall project behind the home is nearing completion, and the community is currently in the final stages of installing the sprinklers and completing the landscaping. A temporary fence has been installed for safety and insurance purposes while this final work is being completed.
We continue to host a full calendar of wonderful guests who have been enjoying their stays, and we do not expect this to impact the comfort or overall experience inside the home. That said, we always want our guests to feel fully informed and completely comfortable—so there are no surprises.
At this time, the project is expected to be completed by the end of April, and I will be sure to keep you updated promptly if anything changes.

The space

Our waterfront villa unit #2 sleeps 8 and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths: one king room, one queen room, and the third room with two twin size beds. There is a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa downstairs for a total of 1,350 sq. ft. for your complete comfort. Our villa has recently been upgraded will all new downstairs furniture, everything to make you feel right at home, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table, TV's in every room with cable and/ or smart TV/ Amazon firestick, new furniture in the downstairs area, high-speed Internet, washer/ dryer and porches with seating on both levels. Our unit has one of the best water views in the community!
Please remember, just because we’re in the same community doesn’t mean all the units are the same. We take a tremendous amount of pride in making sure that our home is one of the best around. We personally manage our unit, not some property management company that doesn’t offer that personal touch or pay attention to details like regular air vent and filter cleanings, new linens, comfortable beds, etc. Your safety and comfort are our top priority, before and during your stay we’re available by phone anytime you may need something.
We do not allow pets however there might be possible exceptions on a case-by-case basis, please contact us for more information before booking.
While we strive to offer the most enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly request that our guests maintain a professional composure throughout their stay. Our unit sleeps 8 MAX, if you need to accommodate additional guests please contact us so we can help you figure out if our unit with work for your needs, we do check occupancy at check-in and exceeding the max amount of 8 guests without prior approval will violate the rental agreement.
Please note: Our unit does NOT come with a boat slip. If you should require a boat slip for your stay please contact me for the dock master information, they can assist with pricing and availability. If you’ve already made arrangements for a slip rental and you’re bringing a trailer, please be sure to coordinate with the dockmaster with regards to trailer parking in the designated trailer parking area. There is absolutely no trailer or RV parking in the main parking lot of the community.
While we strive to offer an enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly request that our guests maintain a professional composure throughout their stay. Please be mindful of your neighbors and maintain a respectful noise level to avoid noise complaints. Common areas such as the pool and the club houses etc, are to be enjoyed while adhering to posted common area rules and the rules you receive in your check in instruction. Only guests that are allowed on the premises are those that are registered. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking without any refunds. Please note that the entry way and back entrance are both monitored by security camera upon check-in. Any evidence of unauthorized guests will result in immediate booking termination and vacation from the property. Any violations of the stay or complaints will result in additional fines and charges as listed and immediate termination of your booking without refund. We have a no-party policy unless otherwise approved by the owner.
