P. erfect for families or groups, the home offerscomfortable living spaces: A fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining nook, bright living room with canal views and a large flat-screen TV.

Spacious Bedrooms: A master suite with two queen beds, en suite bathroom, and TVs throughout, plus a guest room with twin beds and a trundle.

Outdoor Retreat: A private patio with seating, a barbecue grill, a private pool heated upon request with an additional fee for year-round enjoyment and a dock for a 24-ft boat with fishing amenities.

Enjoy ocean access via a deep-water canal, nearby snorkeling at Sombrero Reef, and rental options for kayaks and paddleboards.

This home is pet-friendly and has a $150 fee.

Note: Guest do not have access to use of the boat lift.

Slice of paradise

Property was perfectly located to everything . Neighborhood was quiet. House had pretty much everything we needed. House was clean but could use a deep clean of baseboards etc.Plenty of space for our family 5 without feeling crowded. Would definitely stay again!
