The property features a main villa with a spacious living room equipped with sofas, a large TV, and a fireplace; a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and appliances; a ground-floor bathroom equipped with a shower and washing machine, and an outdoor shower with hot water; a patio in front of the kitchen and another beautiful patio shaded by a centuries-old wild olive tree in the living area, where you can relax in the shade and have breakfast while looking out at the beach below; another patio where you can have lunch to the sound of the sea and dine while admiring the colours of the sunset and enjoying a panoramic view of the bay, perhaps savouring food prepared on the barbecue. There are several gardens where you can relax and sunbathe or enjoy an aperitif with Sardinian wines and cheeses.

The quiet and secluded villa features a spacious garage with an electric door that easily accommodates two large cars and motorcycles; it also includes a foosball table for fun afternoons of gameplay.
In front of the garage, a large private parking area allows you to park additional cars and manoeuvre comfortably.
For added convenience, the property provides towels and sheets at an additional cost.
Villa L’Olivastro is 30 km from Cagliari Elmas Airport, the nearest airport.
Less than 30 minutes away are the beautiful beaches of Villasimius, and in the village—in addition to Genn’e Mari Beach, which is less than a 5-minute walk or drive away—you can visit the other beach at Torre delle Stelle, Cann’e Sisa, which is also a 5-minute drive away.

In the village, there are two supermarkets accessible by car, a fish market and a butcher shop, a pharmacy, and several restaurants and pizzerias, all of which are accessible by car.
