"The lady we had at check-in (don’t remember her name) was very nice and helpful. The room was simply huge and clean…very nice. Bathroom was a little small but nice. The guy at the check-in desk the next morning was a major dud and needs to brush up on his customer service skills. I said good morning and there was a huge pause. He was finally able to mumble a sorry good morning back. We arrived at the breakfast area which was very disappointing. There was 3 pans. One had a few clumps of scrambled eggs, the middle was empty, and the last had some very pale, barely cooked, hashbrowns. We just turned around and checked out. We went up the road to Breakfast Bear which was just incredible!! Skip the less than desirable breakfast here and get breakfast there!! The property is massive and there was very few employees to be found. We laughed cause it felt like that hotel in the Shining when Jack Nicholson and his family were staying there alone!! Good luck finding help. We will not be back."

"The most upsetting thing was that they did not have record of our order for two accessible rooms. Tried to put us in regular rooms on second floor, which was a problem for me when it came to showering and safety in an evacuation.Blamed 3rd.party scheduling (Expedia?) for mistake and said accessible rooms are more expensive than what we paid!! Finally found an accessible room for me & hubby, next to gamroom/casino, which was thankfully NOT lively, as we shared a wall with it! Hot food was the same every day and bland tasting. Thankfully there were hard boiled eggs. White bread, limited pastries, but you could make waffles and oatmeal. Staff very, very nice. Room was clean and adequate."

"The cabin has a lot of problems. The slidingvpatio door bearly works , bottom of door is full of dead bugs , owner left pills on top of fridge, the shower leaked from underneath, the bed was small had 2 box springs so it was way too bouncy. Seemed like the owner had just thrown this together that day. There were dead bugs on floors wasps flying around, animal pee on bedroom floor. The hot tub is in a separate building you have to walk outside to access it. The rarea is very dirty , spider webs , looked like the ceiling tiles are getting ready to fall the light over the hot tub is full of bugs n maybe mold. We got in hot tub then realized there were thousand s of dead bugs in the tub. Scooped out handfulls. The patio door by hot tub was unusable n the bottom looked like black mold. The cover for the hot tub is probably 150 pounds. Dont plan on putting it on alone. The dock pier was dilapitated half sunk. The watercraft that we could use looked like it hadn't benn touched in years I dont think anybody would want to use it. After getting home we both got very sick to our stomachs and bad diarrhea. Pretty sure we got e coli from the hot tub."
