close walk to Disneyland parks. Convenient and friendly staff.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms in particular are so well thought out and relaxing. It was very hot this week so we did spend some time each afternoon relaxing in the room and felt very comfortable. The one huge flaw in the room is that there is no fridge to use (just their mini fridge with things for sale that you can’t touch). However, there was ice just down the hall and the ice machine worked really well. We used one of the sinks as a cooler. The last day of our stay, a large convention started and the convention attendees sort of took over the resort (many thousands of them). This was a drawback that is always a risk since they have such a large convention space. The pool was awesome, the resort had lots to do, and the location on the strip is quite good. I would absolutely stay here again over and over, but I will avoid staying here during large conventions.

The bathroom and drapery are amazing! The beds were so soft and comfortable! Only thing I didn’t like was the walking distance to anything worthy like Fat Tuesdays.

Check-in was horrible! Stood in line for over an hour to check in, there was not nearly enough staff for checking people in on a Friday afternoon. Long wait aside, registrar was nice, she comped our parking and moved us to a room in the Versailles Tower that was newly renovated and had amazing views of the Bellagio Fountain and the Eiffel Tower! Overall, great place to stay, would definitely recommend. Hopefully they fix the Check-in process, as that was the only downer about our visit.
