"I had a comfortable stay. The bathtub was hot and a hot shower came quickly. There was a good variety of pillows available too. But the karaoke was a little loud. The restaurant was also great with a great view. The staff are also very friendly. Overall I thought it was a very good hotel."

"The staff accommodated an early arrival which was very appreciated (we had to pay for it, though). Breakfasts were satisfying. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Shower water spilled out onto floor when showering. Entire hotel was clean. Fridge did not get cold. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall an average experience. Would stay here again. "

"今回6泊しましたが料金がドミトリーで13000円程でしたが現地で90000トゥグルク(約3500円)で個室に出来ましたので実質16500円ほどで6泊個室で泊まれました！破格です！ 内装は綺麗で特に目立った汚れなどはなく清潔でした！ ですが入り口が少し複雑だったり鍵で扉を開けるのが難しかったりと旅慣れていてとにかく寝れればいい！という方にはとっておき！ オーナーさんも親切で少しだけ日本語が通用するのとウランバートル市内のバスの乗り方やおすすめのスポットを教えてくれます！"

"I had an excellent stay at the Ulaanbaatar Hotel. The check-in was efficient, the staff were very courteous and professional, and the check-out was quick. The room was comfortable, warm, clean, spacious and well equipped. The daily breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel is very conveniently location - I walked to every meeting, restaurant and mall. I will definitely stay at the hotel again!"
