"Everything was good until the evening, the hotel, shut off, all the hallway, lights and stairway lights, my mom is walking down the stairs and she couldn’t see the steps properly and missed and caused her to fall and break her hip and shoulder. The hotel staff didn’t really care to help, we had to call the ambulance and when the help arrived, the hotel staff didn’t really care to help."

"Mold in the shower. Constant beeping of multiple smoke alarms, no WiFi in room, no Do Not disturb sign so woken up by maid every day. No blanket or towels, had to ask. "
