The Tree House is a luxurious Balinese style tree-house-villa. This 5-bedroom villa is set among the treetop canopy of the rain-forest where monkeys and exotic birds are your frequent visitors. The Tree House is designed with vantage points on the top 2 levels providing a sense of vast openness and views of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio National Park. The villa interior design is Balinese inspired using locally used materials. It is truly a tropical luxury retreat.

THE SPACE
The kitchen, dining and pool area is an open communal space, perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The open-air living room provides a place to relax in the over-sized, well-appointed furnishings. The veranda has several lounge chairs and chaises for a relaxing day poolside while enjoying the ocean view and watching the monkeys that visit often.

All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned, with en-suite bathrooms with views of the ocean and/or rain-forest. Each bedroom and bathroom has artisan hand carved stone or glazed earthenware custom details, custom stonework and tile, exotic hardwoods, and original art from around the world. The tiered home theater has a giant screen where the provided DVD player and videos can be enjoyed after a busy beach day. The game room has a pool table, large flat screen TV, wet bar with refrigerator, and comfy seating. The Tree House has so many options for entertainment and relaxing, it is the perfect vacation getaway villa.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Pacific Canyon Drive is a privately gated neighborhood set-off the main Manuel Antonio road. It is a community built by expats that wanted the comforts of modern luxury living within a tropical beach town. All conveniences and necessities are available by bus, taxi or walking distance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations over the next 60 days, maid service will only be provided every other day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa. The Chef services will NOT be included at all but can be added by the concierge. A $500-$1000 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) may be required at check in to cover any damage or missing items.
