Absolutely beautiful property. Saw wild sloths with their babies, monkeys, birds, lizards. Stayed in sunset hideaway which was small but perfect for us.

Tulemar Resort

Beautiful resort, very friendly and responsive staff we will definitely be coming back! Their attention to every detail is spot on. The location is very convenient to many popular attractions and restaurants. The resort’s private beach just topped off a perfect Costa Rican experience.

Tulemar is beautiful in the middle of nature we saw monkeys and sloth and iguana just hanging out in the resort. The service was amazing and our concierge fabio was super nice and helpful

1st Class service & studio

Fabio, Luis and everyone at Tulemar delivered top notch, 1st class service. The inclusive resort, restaurant and private beach were a luxury. Having wildlife all around added to the ambiance and experience. The view from our room was breathtaking.

We were so impressed with the property! Our sunset villa was closest to the beach area and had a beautiful view. It was nestled up the road. We saw tons of wildlife and enjoyed seeing two sloths by the pool area. There’s a shuttle service that brings you to and from any location you need. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful but pricey and some service issues

Beautiful property with lots of animals onsite. LOTS of uphill walking. Jorge was the best!! Reception did not explain the property well on check in which caused some issues for us during our stay. Prices of cocktails were OUTRAGEOUS - 2-3 times the prices of other hotels we stayed at in Costa Rica. Room not cleaned daily - had to use same towels 3 days in a row. Coffee pot in room broken - we let them know but ended up having to pay $4 for a small cup of black coffee daily. Phone in room broken so unable to call desk or shuttle.
