the hotel is in an excellent position, parking in the private garage costs Euro 15.00 per night plus the limited traffic zones to get around the centre. normal breakfast, noisy at night. Friendly staff.

From checking at the hotel till checkout we were dealt by very friendly staff (Delia, Benny and the young lady that check us out ). They are an asset for the hotel. Rooms are clean, large with a modern bathroom en-suite. Altogether fantastic and not expensive ( subject to room choice).

They closed this hotel 2 hours after we checked in and transferred us to a different hotel. They were helpful but just changing hotel for one night stay was not convenient Nice staff and accomodating.

This hotel had a great location, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. Also appreciated the welcome drink on the roof terrace. Prior to our stay, we had requested that the beds be separated (I was traveling with my adult son) and they were unwilling to accommodate that. Also, our room had no curtains and so was light at night and very light in the morning. Unfortunately, both meant that we did not sleep well.

Hotel molto pulito ,camera bella e pulita. Le 2 signorine della reception Maria e Delia molto gentili e affabili nel dare informazioni e indicazioni a noi clienti . Il pernottamento è bello silenzioso e si dorme tranquilli. Bella l'idea di fare la vista panoramica di Mantova. Al mattino L'hotel fornisce una colazione magnifica . Io suggerisco a chi voglia visitare la città l' Hotel San Lorenzo vi troverete Benissimo.

Fantastici

Hotel situato nel cuore della città, accogliente, caldo e molto pulito. Le ragazze dello staff tutte molto cordiali e professionali, colazione eccellente. Asso nella manica là drink card di benvenuto da consumare in terrazza al piano quinto…atmosfera molto molto carina…torneremo sicuramente :-)

Posizione ottima. Buona colazione. Letto matrimoniale piccolo, camera rifinita in maniera molto spartana. Aria condizionata\riscaldamento rumorosissimo, impossibile tenerlo acceso di notte. Doccia malfunzionate (ugelli intasati da calcare e il flusso di acqua si staccava da solo continuamente), sensore anticendio coperto da plastica, ragnatela in bagno.

Spotlessly clean room with the most comfortable bed and lovely bathroom - the space was just right and without clutter. The view over the piazza was perfect and breakfast was awesome in both quality and selection. We were also given a complimentary aperitivo in the evening on their rooftop bar. A 10 out of 10 !
