Downsides included not being able to get into room late at night as key wasn’t working. Second time key malfunctioned. My husband left a family party to let me in. His key worked. Otherwise, we would have been locked out all night since there was no one on duty. Bartender tried to call manager, no answer. Also, no one on duty to check us out at 8:15 am. "Very fast check in ( I called the lady to say I was arriving in 5 minutes) room is super clean , bed comfy, blackout curtains worked well! Only one negative, that could have had more mini milk portions for tea/ coffee, but apart from that I will always try to book this place "
