"This was a fabulous gem overlooking Lutraki Beach. Quiet and tucked away just what we were looking for in our stay. Ginny our host was great she had great communication and Was a tremendous help in helping us find a private boat charter. She also was very helpful when our ferry was cancelled due to inclement weather and made sure we had transportation off of the island. All the locals were lovely. The apt was super clean and new. The bathroom and especially the shower area is fairly small (common thing in Greece), but other areas are comfortable enough to stay there and unpack your luggage. "The house is basic, but welcoming. Its location is on the hills, but overall convenient to the beaches and Skopelos town, with 15 minutes by car. The owners, Athanasios and Nicoletta, were very kind and helpful. Only area of improvement: noises from neighboring rooms, but the owner knows it and he's organizing to resolve it. Good solution!!!! "This is a new property that featured great views and a modern design. Rooftop bar very nice and fun bartenders. Downsides included not being able to get into room late at night as key wasn’t working. Second time key malfunctioned. My husband left a family party to let me in. His key worked. Otherwise, we would have been locked out all night since there was no one on duty. Bartender tried to call manager, no answer. Also, no one on duty to check us out at 8:15 am. I think the hotel can improve its service. "
