    "Staff especially Alain(?) were wonderful and very personable. It’s a family owned and run hotel. Elevator doors a bit dodgy though; my wife got slammed by them and suffered a bruised arm. Apparently there are no sensors other than mechanical (in other words, after they hit you!)."
