"Our family stayed here in early May 2024 while in Boston to attend our son's college graduation. There were six of us in total with plenty of bedroom space for all. The house was clean, comfortable, and suited our purposes while we were in town. There is a spacious basic kitchen. The house is a renovated older home. Note that the house is on the second and third floors (there seems to be a smaller apartment on the bottom floor). You have to navigate a staircase to get to the second floor house...

"Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe. Various shops and stores within a mile if you wanted to cook, eat out or forgot to bring something. Simple but clean and well appointed."

"Needed a place to stay for 6 people to attend my son’s graduation. Didn’t want to do 3 hotel rooms so we stayed here. Very close to downtown and Seaport district where my son lives. House was great. Some road noise but host explains that well in description of home. We would definitely stay there again."

"We had such a great time at the Jacaranda house. If you need a large space but still want that cozy atmosphere, this is just the place to stay. Jacaranda is close to public transportation, which is crucial as we discovered that driving a car to Boston is inconvenient. I am glad we stayed here instead of a hotel as there were more amenities and it was much more practical. Also, having the owner in his unit was a godsend. "Everything was as noted, and Amy was a delight. It was perfect for multigenerational family - the first-floor in-law suite was great for the oldest of the bunch. Plenty of room to be together and to have your own space. Outdoor space and view were a plus. Plenty of paper products, full size shampoo/conditioner/soap and other nice details provided."

"Advertised as sleeps 8, there was only 3 queen beds not enough room for my family od 6 adults and 2 children. We used couch and love seat but there was no extra blanks or pillows. And only a set of 4 for dishes. Adding extra pillows blankets and dishes would make this place perfect! I travel a lot and would rent again. Clean, central location very safe and secure location. I'll would definitely stay again!!"

"This property was a perfect location for Federal Hill/Little Italy and an easy walk to the RI Convention Center (~20min) with good coffee on the way. It was super quiet, had all the basics, and was exactly what we needed. I wish I had noticed that it did not have wifi, but this didn't impact the quality of our stay."
