"As we did not actually stay at the property due to its' condition we cannot really comment. I am in touch with Wales cottages/Original cottages and they have informed us that we will be receiving a full refund for our planned trip. They said that as the booking was made with yourselves that the refund should come from you. Please advise. We didn't stay at the property as it was dirty and definitely sub standard.We drove all the way back home instead."
