This hotel is in a perfect location and a great price! It’s a boutique hotel and quite old but the room was clean with nice decor.

Staff was fantastic and always ready to help; from the front door to the room door!

Great location near Park, museums, restaurants, River Walk, and theaters. Kudos to Gail and Alex at the Concierge Desk -- they were so very helpful, patient and kind.

this a great hotel, great location, great decor, great amenities, great views. front desk check-in/check-out, housekeeping and phone operator were all patient and great. my only issue related to actually getting to the hotel by car. once near downtown, i used gps to get the to hotel. the hotel was actually within my sight; i was maybe 2 blocks away. but gps took me on a constant loop for about 20 minutes because there is an upper and a lower east wacker drive. the address of the property does not make that distinction. gps did not make that distinction either. sure, that's a gps problem. my greater annoyance came when i called the hotel property from my car to get directions. the person at the property didn't know how to direct me to the hotel from literally 2 blocks away. the hotel person also appeared to be using gps. if you work at the property and are answering the phone to provide directions, you ought to know how to get to the property from within a 10 block radius without using gps.
