"Brown water came out of the sink and shower. The sink in one washroom would overflow when the sink/shower in the other washroom would be in use. The smell of mildew permeated the home. Did not have proper linen/bedding or towels. Did not have dishes to accommodate renters or a family of more than 1 person. The apartment looked like it was inside a building that had been in a fire so was charred and broken down to charred blocks. We arrived late in the evening. We found suitable accommodations...
