"Nice sized hotel and the pool/hot tub area are great. The hot definitely needs a refresh in the rooms. Most of the staff were great and so helpful. The room keys often had issues due to a really old system but the staff were always nice in resetting them. Location was great for our needs, just hope they do some renovations to make rooms brighter, doors safer, and new carpeting/bedding!"

"We checked in with Jessica. Over the top friendly, informative, seemed to truly enjoy her job. Interactions with her several times always smiling and accommodating. Room key didn't work. She made new keys and came upstairs to make sure they worked. Lady from housekeeping on our floor greeted me, asked if I needed anything. Asked her about a blow dryer. Instead of telling me to go to the front desk, she said she would get me one. Again with a big smile and positive attitude. Great experience....
