"We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. "The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our four-day stay. We could sit at our breakfast table in the morning, take in a great view, and watch all the birdlife. The hotel is just outside of Manizales, so it was easy to get into the city with our rental car and close to other sites in the area as well. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend it."

"I arrived to the hotel and the manager said that Expedia did not send any reservation for me. It was late at night and I decided to stay. Next day the manager said that I need to pay out of my pocket because Expedia didn't send any reservation. I tried to call Expedia and it was not easy. When I got home I call Expedia and made the complain I was hoping they return my money but they didn't. The manager did not help me to contact Expedia just said that I need to pay because he was busy. "
