Brick Tudor Vacation Rental House Close To Lake Michigan And Downtown

Beautifully remodeled tudor house, featuring a huge king master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom in the upper level. Other 3 queen bedrooms complete the sleeping quarters. Full bathroom in the main level between the queen bedrooms and another half bath in the basement will provide convenience to our guests. The house was conceived with an open concept between the super comfy and charming living area and the fully stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. For those beautiful summer afternoons we have a nicely decorated sunroom with double patio doors that give direct access to the driveway and 2 car garage. In the basement there is a TV room with premium sound system and table games, we also included a massage chair for your pleasure. A spacious and convenient laundry room completes this level of the house.

Great place to stay

We came up for a Packers game. This had great low-key location with easy access to I-43 to get to GB. 5 minute drive to downtown Manitowoc, found very good places to have dinner. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Fully recommend.

We are a family of 4 and stayed 5 nights. This is a wonderful home. It's roomy, clean, and had most everything we needed during our stay. The sun room was great for enjoying coffee and reading. It is within biking distance of the Mariners Trail which is a nice perk! If you have kids, there are several parks and school playgrounds nearby. The Internet works well. Having only one TV that is located in the basement may be a drawback for some. We would definitely stay again!

Close to Everything

This house is close to everything. The house was clean and cozy with plenty of room for a large family. My wife and I stayed here and was very pleased with the layout and cozyness of the house. We didnā€™t use any of the appliances or cookware, but they have everything you need to make dinners and breakfast. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town. Thanks for a cozy place.

Had a great stay, beds and bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfy, loved the frigā€¦ kinda weird that we couldnā€™t flush anything down the toilet, like, toilet paperā€¦ā€¦ also, the basement needs a dehumidifier as it was really hard to enjoy the tv and game room as the smell of old basement was overpowering. We live in a very old farmhouse. The size of the house looked small from the outside but very nice and roomy inside!

Great Stay!

This was our first stay at this home, but not our first stay at one of Rigoberto's properties. The house was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the game room area in the basement. We also loved the little fire pit area for the cool evenings. Our only complaint is that there was no TV in the main living space of the house. It was starting to get chilly in Manitowoc during our stay, with some days only hitting 50*, and the basement (where the only TV is) was pretty cold and not comfortable to be sitting down there to watch TV. With 5 kids in tow, a TV is a nice to have when trying to get everyone ready for the day. Thanks for the stay!

The pictures donā€™t lie - itā€™s a nice house and well stocked with kitchen equipment options, linens/pillows, and thoughtfully maintained for guests. Would recommend. We experienced a bit of spotty wi-fi but it wasnā€™t an issue for our group.

Manitowoc weekend

We had a wonderful time staying at this home over Memorial Day weekend. Great location to visit area museums, the beach and parks. Five adults and two children, spacious rooms everything we needed. Excellent communication with host. There was so many things to do in the area, museums were high quality.

We enjoyed the foosball and air hockey games in the basement as well as the fire pit outside for marshmallow roasting. We made use of the grill, and appreciated four separate bedrooms. Bedroom fans are a plus.The island in the kitchen was convenient for eating our meals.Lighting is needed under the microwave as well as in the oven. We were shocked that we could not put toilet paper down the toilet, but had to put it in a separate garbage container.

House was great! Very comfortable and clean, excellent communication with owner! Only issue was shower curtain in master bath would not stay up. Didn't ruin our stay though -- highly recommend this home.

Toe nail clippings on the floor by 1 bed, empty carton of fruit punch under another bed, almost empty bottle of Mountain Dew under a third bed, no tv in any room but the musty basement, no mirror by the sink in the master suite, toilet paper supply was inadequate, rut next to driveway that needs to be filled, hard to get access code to two car garage but that didnā€™t matter because there was too much junk in the garage to park two cars in it. I have been using Home Away/VRBO for years and this one would go towards the bottom of the list
