Very handy location. Metro 10 minute walk. Lidl market tight by. Small pool however great after a day exploring! Staff were excellent. Food in restaurant was varied. Overall. A good place to stay out of the city and best the airport - not noisy at all!!

The reception staff were awesome and we loved our stay. The only not-positive feedback is that the person who served breakfast seemed grumpy and put out when asking for coffee etc., but it was quite comical and it made us laugh each morning...

Perfect location, right in the heart of the old town. Room was a good size and had character. Safe was locked (by a previous guest?) and we couldn’t use it, and oddly a small section of curtain had been nailed to the window frame - no idea why. Bathroom was modern and clean, bed was large and comfortable. Would recommend, we enjoyed our stay

Although this hotel is a little out of the action it is top class and they look after you immensely. Very clean and new.

I stayed here with my family of 2 adults and 3 young children. I like that the property is new and clean. Apartment layout is ideal with bedrooms separated by the living room. Apartment was fully equipped with essentials. Lots of restaurants nearby. Reception is very friendly and welcoming. I had a van so was easy for me to get around and see the sites of Valencia. Was able to find street parking near the apartment. Carrefour supermarket next door. Enjoyed my stay here 😄

This property was very centrally located within the reach of everything this city had to offer. Staffs were friendly, polite, helpful and ready to solve problems. breakfast was excellent with live kitchen. I enjoyed my stay very much. Will come back.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We wish it was more. We were greeted in an exceptional manner which was both friendly and professional. The hotel room and facilities are A1! The room we stayed in had a nice deep bath and luxurious provisions to match. Management have thought of ieverything to ensure your stay is comfortable. Well run hotel on the edge of the old town near the market. Easy walking to all historic attractions. Fabulous staff, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Hotel can offer you options for parking and drop off at entrance is possible. Recommend

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the city centre. It is close to the bus station and train station. The staff at the hotel are extremely welcoming. Special mention to Raquel who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Its a 4.5 star hotel at the price of a 3 star hotel. Highly recommend it.
