This is hands down such a fantastic hotel, friendly staff and very close to everything. It started with Vanessa at checkin, she was fantastic and was able to get us checked in a little early and provided my sister and I a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our birthday. We went to see La Traviata at the Met Opera and ate at La Grand Boucherie- incredible food, it was a spectacular overnight celebration. It was so special. Highly recommend staying here.

They always give the bad and old rooms if you book from hotels.com. And main thing is that there is no access by car to hotel door. He left the car on the main road and go the hotel by walk with very heavy luggages. …..
