Spacious, well-located house
We enjoyed our week in Normandy. There was plenty of space in the house and garden for our large group (seven adults, seven teenagers and a dog!), and the house is well-located a short drive away from several lovely beaches and towns.
Karine was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to messages, both before and during our visit.
A few things to be aware of. Some of the bedrooms can only be reached through other bedrooms, which isn't clear from the description. This would work well for families with younger children, but wasn't ideal for a group of adults and teenagers. And while the description lists four bathrooms, there are actually only two showers and three toilets (one of which wasn't working properly during our visit). This detail is easy to miss in the description. The kitchen area is also very small for such a large house, though it has a good oven and hob, plus two fridges and two freezers.
Overall, the house was good value for money, and a good base for a large group to explore a beautiful area.

gîte parfait pour accueillir des gens de tous âges
Le terrain est clos, grand jardin pour les parties de foot, très calme car retiré de la route, des chambres parentales avec les chambres des enfants communicantes, chambres au rez de chaussée pour les personnes plus âgées ou dans l'incapacité de monter un escalier, beaucoup de vaisselle.....une très bonne boulangerie-pâtisserie avec des prix très raisonnables et un super traiteur à Fécamp à 15 mns du gîte. Tout était super......on recommande

La maison est spacieuse , chaleureuse, agréable . le jardin est un vrai plus;
parfait pour un week-end de retrouvaille entre amis;
à la campagne et en même temps pas loin des principales attractions de la région ( mer, Fecamp, Etretat, le Havre etc..)
merci Elena pour votre disponibilité, propreté de la maison et nous avoir permis aussi de partir le dimanche quand nos le souhaitions, c'est un réel plus de pouvoir prendre notre temps le jour du départ

La communication avec les propriétaires a été très fluide et ce sont des hôtes charmants qui ont vraiment envie que le séjour se passe bien.
La maison est propre, bien équipée, et le jardin très agréable.

Traumhafter Garten
Wir sind erschrocken. Primär, traumhafter Garten, Haus von aussen sehr schön. Uns erwartete jedoch ein sehr schmutziges Haus, heruntergekommen. Fliegen überall, Küche, Kleiderschränke…Alles was man anlangte war kaputt oder ging kaputt. Betten defekt, Lattenrost der zusammenbrach, Matratzen sehr schmutzig. Induktionsherd, doch kaum Pfannen die dafür bestimmt waren. Das Haus war sehr feucht, z.T. Schimmel im Bad. Tonnenweise Geschirr und Besteck, jedoch kein Messer mit dem man schneiden konnte.Allgemein gesehen war die Hütte den Mietpreis nie wert!!!
Ps. Wir haben noch Fotos gemacht.Das Haus würde ich meinen Feinden nicht empfehlen!!

Agréable séjour en famille
Avons passé un agréable réveillon dans la maison. La maison est spacieuse avec le cachet normand que nous recherchions et la cheminée un plus en hiver. Il faut s'organiser pour les 2 chambres en enfilade (à réserver plutôt pour couples avec enfants) et il faut savoir que la maison est excentrée du village (accès par un chemin de campagne). Avons été très bien accueillis par Karine.

Fijne vakantielokatie, vooral geschikt voor mensen met jonge kinderen.
Zeer fijne vrij liggende woning voor mensen met (kleine)kinderen. Voor alleen volwassenen in een grote groep iets minder fijn omdat 4 van de slaapkamers twee aan twee geschakeld zijn, wat wat minder privacy geeft. Verder alles goed schoon en een zeer attente ontvangt.

Licht und Schatten
Das Haus ist groß, genug Platz für 14 Personen. Zimmer 8 nur für Kinder geeignet. Einige Zimmer haben keine Schränke o.ä., um Kleidung zu verstauen. Die beiden Klappsofa nur mit Liebe für zwei Personen.
Der Garten ist sehr groß und schön. Die Küche relativ gut ausgestattet. Profi-Tipp: wenn beim Säubern der Herdplatte "LO" blinkt, in der Garage die Sicherung“ PC Cuisine“ ausschalten, bis fünf zählen, wieder einschalten. Dann funktioniert der Herd wieder.
Leider wird das Gesamtbild durch ungerechtfertigte Schadenersatz-Ansprüche getrübt. Wer sich nach dem Urlaub gerne mit dem Vermieter streitet, sollte hier hinfahren. Wir haben 70 € für eine billige Kaffeemaschine bezahlt, die ein einziges Mal nicht funktioniert hat, weil eine Kapsel nicht richtig eingelegt war. Ob die Maschine ohnehin am Ende ihrer Lebensdauer war wissen wir nicht. als wir das Haus verließen, hat sie noch funktioniert.

Maison spacieuse et agréable
Grande maison permettant à plusieurs couples de séjourner sans promiscuité .Beau et grand jardin .La possibilité de faire un barbecue ou un feu dans la cheminée est un plus non négligeable(malgré pour nous un temps ne le permettant pas ). Merci encore à Karine,disponible, qui nous a accueillis avec de nombreuses informations sur la maison et sur les possibilités de visites dans la région.
Quelques désagréments signalés avant notre départ concernant l’électroménager et petit entretien.
Quatre salles de bains annoncées dans le descriptif ,deux réelles.
Sinon ,je recommande ....

Calme et bien placé
Un gîte spacieux au calme avec un grand jardin. Belle cheminée dans le salon. Très agréable si le temps est correct. Pour les grands groupes, la cuisine et le salon peuvent être un peu juste s'il pleut.

Belle propriété pour rencontre famlliale
Tout était bien avec un petit regret cependant le manque d’éclairages d’appoint dans les chambres, et l’impossibilité d’occulter certaines fenêtres à l’étage ( par chance il y avait du soleil qui a sonné le réveil plus tôt que nous n’aurions voulu).
La grandeur du jardin a permis une super chasse aux œufs de Pâques , et nous avons profité pleinement du confort de la terrasse. Merci.

Cuisine bien équipée.
