Fantastic location

The apartment is nice - not new, but everything is working well. But the balcony is absolutely the best thing - we did stay there all the time. Also the location is great - very quiet, great pool with sun beds, close to restaurants and small shops and lovely beach.

Amazing location and views Apartment was great. Catered for all our needs when visiting family in Duquesa. Balcony views are as good as you will get, apartment spacious and very clean and tidy. Process of checking in and out very easy. Would certainly recommend

Another amazing stay!

Our second stay in this lovely apartment. We enjoyed the spacious balcony overlooking the sea, the comfortable beds and the great location. It is well equipped and very clean. A great place to stay. Not a big issue, but be aware that the parking space allocated to the apartment is small. However, there is lots of parking available on the local roads.

Been to this apartment 3 times now over the years fantastic location this is our third visit to this apartment over the years but the apartment is now in need of updating as the ensuite bathroom shower and sink taps need renewing ie some mould around the shower base and taps are very old now

Amazing location

This apartment has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and across to the sea. It’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun (which is on the balcony until around 4pm), or sit under the blinds. The apartment is well furnished with comfortable beds and good showers. It’s ideally situated for the beach and local restaurants. We had a great time staying here and would definitely return. It’s very convenient to have a parking space, but it’s only suitable for a small car. We had a Fiat 500 and this only just fitted as there was a large car in the next space.

très bel emplacement ... mais à mieux entretenir

Superbe placement et vue fabuleuse, très belle terrasse, appartement très confortable. La salle de bain principale commence à être défraichie. Les joints de la douche sont noirs, le robinet du lavabo fuit (après un court instant d'utilisation), l'ampoule électrique au plafond est morte, la tablette de support des flacons est cassée. Idem dans la seconde salle de bains pour les fuites du robinet ou de la douche. Le prix du nettoyage en fin de séjour (120 €) est très élevé, d'autant qu'il y avait un petit tas de confiture répandu sur la terrasse à notre arrivée. Et j'ai dû nettoyé les bannes du store qui étaient très sales. On reviendrait quand même dans cet appartement, mais on apprécierait que les sanitaires soient rénovés.

Emplacement parfait!

Nous avons adoré notre voyage dans ce logement très bien équipé et climatisé. Il est tres bien situé et la vue est fabuleuse !Le seul point à améliorer serait de bien nettoyer le mobilier de la terrasse avant de recevoir les nouveaux locataires, mais sinon pour l'intérieur c'était très propre. Merci pour ce beau séjour!
