Ground floor two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the very popular complex of Los Granados de la Duquesa. The apartment boasts a large terrace with sun all day, views to the swimming pool and the sea and access to the communal gardens. Large lounge with patio doors leading to the terrace, fully fitted kitchen and air conditioning throughout.



Located in the beachfront complex of Los Granados de la Duquesa there is a large lagoon style swimming pool and well maintained gardens. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location within the Los Granados development

Bright, spacious, well kept and well located apartment. Gutted we can't have it next year for the week we want!! A little bit of info about the apartment when you arrive would be good e.g. how to work the shutters etc. Some deeper cleaning of the oven and a few other minor issues (washing machine) but otherwise really great apartment.

The apartment, location and area are perfect for a combination of relaxing and enjoying evening diner & drinks. Location on the beach is perfect and the surroundings within Los Granados are spacious, green and plenty of sunbeds. Nothing

Nice views, great location

In the apartment it smelled heavily of mold, it should be painted with antimold paint in order to remove the smell. The floors were not too clean, I had to use the Hoover when we arrived.
