Great welcome on 24th floor by Ms Hazel. We stayed in room 2408 and room 2328. Prefer breakfast with the crowd on the ground level. Did not avail of club level dining as there’s many options in Greenbelt and Glorietta. Enjoyed listening to great performance with Jessie(?) singing Friday night up ...

Loved my stay at the Shang. Staff were extremely friendly, loved doing laps in the pool, gym was fully equipped and huge. Everything was great and will definitely come back.
