Excellent quality price ratio, very friendly and competent staff, spacy room and bathroom, great sleeping comfort. Only the airco was a bit noisy. Superb location next to Rizal Park and the National Museum.
Lack of parking space. No internet access in rooms.employees not courteous when they check your complaints. The room was outdated and so hot when the technician check the ac it has dirty filter. Family room but you cant go around bcoz the bed location.only 1 bed has comforter.the good about is the location.so many establishments near you.too expensive not worth it

I was surprised by the spacious room. A bit old interior, but very good maintained. Very clean, shower and cr was upgraded an in exelent order. Free wifi is a must nowadays. Elevator was very tiny and I wonder how to bring lots of luggage. My meeting was sceduled very early, so I could not try their breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located close to a roadcross, so you can easily hear all det tut tuts, and honking from the cars. But still very nice hotel. I will definitely come back.
Serviced is very poor. Towels and blanket are very dirty and old. Receptionist doesnt know anything eventhough im giving my reservation number. I had reservation for triple occupancy but they give us double bed and when we are asking for additional bed... receprionist didnt inform that it was chargeable. Poor service for 3 star hotel
No amenities whatsoever, however if you're just looking for a place to sleep, this works. Right across from Rizal Park, it has a lot of restaurants near by and right by Robinsons Manila

The hotel was okay for what my fiancé needed to get done for her visa to come to states. The staff needed to helpful when ask where certain places are and even find a cap that can take people to an office that is outside of walking distance. Another issue was that there was an electrical plug that was near sink in the bathroom that wasn't gfi set up and is a major safety issue
Hotel needs upgrade, towels need to be change--one has a hole, water is dripping in the shower. Safe is located in the front desk, the safe in the room does not work. Bathroom lights takes 5 seconds to turn on. Staff was nice, helpful and really tried to accommodate our needs especially transportation to and from airport since most cab drivers pick and choose their customer and jack up the price if you are a foreigner.
