Our second time in this facility and we expected it not to disappoint. The staff are all courteous and helpful. Breakfast at Milagritos is a must if you love filipino food and if it's your first time to try, I would definitely recommend it. I'm a happy camper and I would definitely come back.

Stayed for 1 night to catch an morning flight the next day. The hotel is within walking distance to the Mall of Asia and a 15 minute drive to airport. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

I appreciated the amenities included, such as the 2 bottles of water, slippers and tea/coffee. It is very conveniently located a short walking distance from SM and a Starbucks Reserve that is open till 3am. Also, the free parking is a huge plus.

They could improve the bathroom by installing a full shower door instead of what's in place right now. It can get dangerous coz water spills out when showering and it's just a matter of time before anybody slips on the wet floor and get hurt.

What I like is the staff are nice and helpful . And the one thing that I did not like is that they gave me a towel with stain in it . They should check their towels before giving to the customer.

The ambiance of the lobby is great, specially the bar with the view of the ocean; very relaxing after a whole day of shopping at the mall. I highly recommend this hotel while in Pasay city.

Coffee-lovers - provided coffee capsule hits the right espresso spot. Just that night time request of a change of coffee cups, more water bottles and capsules, kinda took awhile, and when I say that, I mean it. Otherwise, I thank you. My fam bam will still return in a few weeks.

About the restaurant, they must also have food for kids like hotdogs, since kids also pay half of the price buffet. Just saying coz my son only eat the sunny side up egg and fried rice and askin for hotdog but they don’t have.

The dining was great, the food and the view. But the bathroom was terrible there’s a leak in the toilet and there is no door on the shower, water is all over when you take a shower.

The check-in experience was the worst. I'm not typically someone that writes mostly negative reviews, but the experience at TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia warrants an honest review. In a nutshell, front desk set up high expectations and underdelivered. There was a noticeable lack of coordination/communication between the staff and front desk’s efficiency left much to be desired. My group was left waiting unnecessarily long in the lobby during check in and in the room because the luggage was not brought up timely. Initially, front desk said our room would be upgraded for free, only to take it back after a long wait due to problems with the upgraded room. I was slightly disappointed but understood. The worst was waiting for the luggage to be brought up to a 4th floor room. What should’ve been a quick and simple task took 45 minutes to do, putting us behind our plans for the day. The terrible lobby music made the waiting worse. I guess the only positive thing I can write is that it’s conveniently close to Mall of Asia. I was overall left with a bad impression at TRYP by Wyndham on my last night in the Philippines. I’ve stayed in various accommodations throughout my trip; some were in more rural/rustic places, but their services were distinctly better, more personal and more helpful than at TRYP.
