My husband said, he was up at 3am and no place to sit down. Pool and dinning areas are close. No large balcony to relax since he doesnt want us to wake up while using his phone. Overall, the place was good. Thank you

non-view balcony caused us an arm an a leg

i felt i was scammed this time. i booked one of their pricey room because of a balcony. only to have a non-view balcony with super wet floor. plus the aircon wasnt working fine. room was so warm. another thing is since we were given a room in the 2nd floor, all the noise including the foot steps are very troublesome and very inconvenient. it was very disappointing.

Durante o check in colocaram-nos em um quarto duplo quando tínhamos reservado um quarto triplo (uma cama queen e uma cama de solteiro). Depois verificamos que a conservação do quarto não era muito boa. O piso próximo ao banheiro estava solto conforme foto anexa. Na manhã do check out também achamos a circulação de hóspedes muito barulhenta.
