Guests may use the swimming pool at a minimal cost of Php150/pax (Php300 on holidays). Pool access coupon can be paid directly to the Admin office of the tower.

- Guest/s and Companion to provide a photocopy of their valid Id., only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit.
- Early check-in is allowed provided the room is empty or no current in-house guest, or you may leave the baggage to us and we can deliver it to the room once cleaned.
- For long-term guests, we will clean the room every 7(seven) days and change all the linens and towels between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
- Always lock the door when you leave the place, we will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings during your stay, and you will also be liable for lost items or appliances due to negligence.
